# 金库基金

## 概述

Yam与其它类似项目最主要的区别就是拥有一个由社区共管的Yam金库基金。金库基金的初始资金来源于基数调整（Rebasing）机制，每次正向基数调整后，系统都会将一定比例的资产注入Yam金库基金作为储备资产。自从2020年12月29日正式取消Rebasing弹性供应机制后，Yam金库基金的资金来源已转为投资自筹。

## 基金使用

Yam金库基金由全体Yam社区共同控制和管理，随着Yam的发展和演化，金库基金已经派生出多种不同的用途。

### 2020年度进展

**「Yam长城防护墙」Great Yam Wall**

持续增长的金库基金储备资产和其所带来的独特价值，一直是Yam的核心事业方向之一。作为当初「RageQuit退出保护机制」构想的替代性选择，「Yam长城防护墙」会从Yam金库基金取得一定数量的资金分配，当Yam的整体市值低于金库基金价值时，此部分资金将用于在公开市场上对YAM代币进行回购。最初的相关讨论内容请[点击查看](https://forum.yam.finance/t/yip-add-ragequit-functionality/588)。

**「Yam DAO资产管理」Yam DAO Set (YDS)**

通过与Set Protocol的合作，Yam在[TokenSets.com](http://TokenSets.com)上构建了自己的投资集合。目前Yam金库基金已经分配出一定比例的储备资产用于组合投资，这部分资产除了用于购买和投资其它加密资产，也在利用DeFi金融的优势创造不同的投资收益策略，从稳定币挖矿到流动性挖矿，再到质押挖矿，不一而足。

**产品研发支持（Project Support and Investments）**

截止2020年底，Yam已有多个产品处于开发进程，包括未来潜在的产品开发，都将受益于金库基金所提供的资金支持。除此之外，Yam金库基金也会对孵化项目提供一定程度上的财务支持。
